Who does the fit

I'm Victor. The bike fit is done by me, start to finish.

I'm a Sport Science professional working in cycling biomechanics, cycling coaching and bike mechanics. The studio is in Oeiras, by the Jamor; I don't do home visits.

How I work

I measure, adjust, and measure again.

I film you pedalling on the trainer and measure five angles: knee, hip, trunk, shoulder and foot. I correct each point with a laser, a digital level and a tape measure, on your bike, in your kit and your shoes. Everything that changes goes into a report.

The session starts with a conversation about your training, not with a spanner. If the bike hasn't changed and the pain showed up when the load went up, the first suspect is the training, not the position — and I'll tell you so before adjusting anything.

I don't promise clinical results. I say what I measure and what I adjust; pain that radiates, loss of strength or numbness that doesn't go away is for a doctor, not for an Allen key.

On Instagram I publish session analyses and training tips for beginners. On the blog I write with sources: every number has the study next to it.
